AggFlow DM Accounts & Licenses

The AggFlow website (www.aggflow.com ) is used to login and manage accounts. All actions to create, update, change passwords and purchase or renew licenses is performed from the AggFlow website. All users of the program require an account.

New Accounts

New accounts are created from the AggFlow website Login. Customer (user) accounts are used to purchase and assign licenses (tokens) and used for the AggFlow DM program. When starting the DM program as a new user, use the “Create New Account” button to set up an account and password.

Managing Accounts

AggFlow accounts are managed from the AggFlow Website. Access the website with the same username and password used to log into the AggFlow DM program. To create a new account, install and start the AggFlow DM program and select the Create Account button.

Email usernames and Passwords can be reset or changed as follows:

From the DM Program

  • If this is a new account, use the “Create Account” button on the DM login to setup an account and Password. This will open the AggFlow Website to create a new account.
  • If the username is existing (your email) but you do not know your password, your password can be reset by logging into the DM program and selecting the “Forgot Password” button. A password reset will be emailed to you.
  • To change a password, login to you account at aggflow.com - (a link is available under the Help menus of the AggFlow DM program).

On the AggFlow Website

  • If this is a new account, select “Create Login Account” from the “Login” as a Customer to setup an account and Password. An Activation code will be sent to your email to complete the account setup.
  • If the username is existing (your email) but you do not know your password, your password can be reset by logging into the DM program and selecting the “Forgot Your Password” button. A password will be emailed to you.
  • If the User is logged into the website, passwords and account information can be updated on the "My Account" page.

AggFlow DM Licenses and Tokens

AggFlow DM uses Tokens to manage licenses for Design Users and Manage Projects. Tokens can be licensed and assigned from the AggFlow Website. To purchase or renew a license and activate a token, login as a customer to the AggFlow Website and select “Order Now”. From this a customer can renew or extend existing licenses or purchase new licenses.

Tokens are assigned to either users or manage projects and the status of the user will show in the DM program as follows:

  • Design - User has a current license identified by a design token in their account (can create design projects and access to manage projects as set by owner).
  • Reader - User does not have a current license (the program can be used as a reader version for all design projects, and full use for manage projects depending on privileges set by project owner)..

All Manage projects have a token, and if the token is removed, it becomes a design project.

Every token is also assigned to a purchaser being the last person to purchase or renew the token. Note: the purchaser can be reassigned for each token by selecting the token under ”Distribute My Licenses”. This allows multiple tokens to be renewed from a single point of contact.

As each token is purchased, it will need to be assigned to a user or project. Unassigned licensed tokens are shown on the “My Account” page under Distribute licenses. To view tokens that the license is expired, go to the "Order Now" page.

Design User Licensing

  • AggFlow USB key numbers will be matched to Token numbers. Existing AggFlow USB keys with licenses (expired or current) can be matched to a DM token license by inserting the AggFlow USB key into the user’s computer and starting the DM program. The program will recognize the key and notify the user to matchthe USB license to the DM program. This will activate the DM program and assign a token number for the USB key number.
  • For new purchased DM licenses, a USB key number is not needed. For a long term license, an AggFlow USB key is provided for offline use of the program. The USB key can be programed from the DM control panel to enable each individual offline use of the program for 21 days. The use of the offline key can be extended for additional 21 day periods from the DM control panel under the Home menu. Programing the USB key for offline use requires the user to be online with the DM program.

Manage Project Licensing

  • Manage projects are individually licensed and require a licensed token for each project. If the license is not current, the manage project is read only.
  • Manage projects that are licensed with a token can be converted to a design project by a project owner in AggFlow DM, or from the AggFlow Website. This will release the token from the project and the project will become a design project. The token is then available to reassign and convert a design project to a manage project on the AggFlow Website.

Licenses are purchased and managed from the AggFlow website by logging in as a customer. Every new, existing, or expired licensed user and each manage project is assigned a token, including users that have not converted from the USB key program to AggFlow DM.

  • If a user has had a USB license, then the USB key number will be shown with the token number.
  • For each assigned token, the username will be shown with the token
  • For each converted AggFlow SITE project, the site number will be shown with the token number
  • For each DM Manage project, the project name will show for the assigned token.

A user or project can be attached to a token number as follows:

Design License Tokens

  • By applying the user email to the token in the AggFlow Website under “My Account / Distribute My Licenses”, select Design User Licenses and click on the token number to manage and assign the token to a user. If no design licenses are shown, a license will need to be purchased under order now.
  • By providing an unassigned token number to a user so the user can enter the number during the login process for the DM program
  • By starting the DM program with a USB key that has a current license for AggFlow

Manage License Tokens

  • By applying the DM Project # to the token in the AggFlow Website under “My Account / Distribute My Licenses”, select Manage Project Licenses and select the token number to manage and assign the token to a project. If no manage project licenses are shown, one will need to be purchased under order now.
  • By applying a token when a project is converted from a design project to a manage project by a project owner. A window will show to request the token number, or give the option to purchase a project license from the website.

Purchase or Renew Licenses

License purchases and renewals can be started from the AggFlow DM program. The program provides links directly to the AggFlow website login page.

Licenses are purchased and renewed under the Order Now page as a user or as the assigned purchaser for the license. Design User and Manage Project licenses are renewed and purchased separately as follows:

  • To add new licenses, type in the number of licenses to add and update the order page
  • To add an existing license to the order, select Add Design/Manage License and use a method available to find the license
  • The billing period (Monthly/Yearly) will need to be selected for each license

Use the “Update” button to update the order as changes are made. Once the purchases have been selected, use the payment options to proceed with the purchase.

Purchase history for paid and unpaid invoices can be reviewed on the My Account Page. When a paid or unpaid invoice is selected, the tokens/keys that the invoice applies to can be shown by selecting “Switch to License View” for each invoice.

Once a license is purchased and a token is available, it can be assigned to a Design User or to a Manage Project depending on the license type.
